Shipping Schedule

We ship daily! While there are no specific dispatch times, all shipments are processed and shipped by the end of the day or the following business day.

  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 10 am AEST on business days will be shipped the same day.
  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. During holiday periods, please note that there may be delays in processing and shipping due to increased demand and courier schedules.

  • Additional Partners: Australia Post and DHL Express

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery times vary based on your location. Use the tracking system provided by Australia Post or CouriersPlease for accurate estimates.
  • Express Delivery:
    • If you're within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network, your order should arrive the next business day.
    • Outside this network, delivery may take up to 3 business days.
    • Rural Shipping: If you select DHL Express or an express shipping option for rural delivery locations, your order will automatically be downgraded to standard shipping. This adjustment ensures consistent and appropriate delivery services for your area.

Holiday Periods and Delays

During holiday periods, we may experience delays in dispatching orders due to increased demand. While we do our best to ship as quickly as possible, please allow extra time for your order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

  • Rates: We provide estimates for frequently shipped international destinations. For destinations not listed on our website, please contact us for a custom quote.
  • Oversize Packages: Packages exceeding 5kg will incur a flat oversize rate.
