Shipping policy

SAME DAY DISPATCH

All orders made before 10am AEST will ship the same business day. 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

We ship mostly through Australia Post, Sendle and pack carefully using a minimum 2 layers of bubble wrap and padded bags or boxes where applicable/indicated.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday and dependent on the Australia Post network, so please check your postcode on their site.

Weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday.

TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking number will be provided to all orders and will be automatically processed once order is fulfilled via our website. Please ensure to check spam inbox if you cannot find it in email.  

 

EXPRESS POST DELIVERY TIMES

If you are within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should be received the next business day.  If not, it may take upto 3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

All international orders require a phone number. If you reside outside Australia then please be sure to enter a phone number as this may and will cause delays if not completed 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer shipping estimates to our most frequent International customers but always welcome enquiries from residents in countries not listed. If you would like an estimate please Contact Us. 

*If your package weight exceeds 5kg then you will be charged a flat oversize rate.
